The study of the Spanish language in context exploring the culture of the Spanish speaking areas of the world in both contemporary and historical frameworks.
Developing awareness, understanding and appreciation of the culture, products, practices, and perspectives. Students will begin to develop Spanish language proficiency in interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational modes of communication through individual & group work and topical discussions using authentic and studio-based multi-media materials.
