HUMA102L: Introduction to the Humanities II

This interdisciplinary course examines evolutionary developments of western culture from the Renaissance up to Modern Times. To understand these developments students will study various humanistic forms such as the visual, performing, and literary arts as well as philosophy, religion, and history. Particular attention will be given to understanding ways in which culture manifests itself in cycles and how these iterations provide insights into the study of the humanities.
