LRCC has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to process official transcripts. All college obligations must be met, including student loan payments, outstanding tuition, and payment of fines. Additionally, any library materials must be turned in before a transcript can be released. Transcripts are released in accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (the Buckley Amendment) and will not be released to a third party, including parents and spouses, without written permission of the student. Transcripts can be requested through the Student Information System (SIS), the NSC link on the Registrar’s Office webpage, or via transcript request form which is available on the college website. There is a five-dollar fee charge for an official transcript, this fee is paid to the NSC upon request or at the college if a paper copy is required. Unofficial transcripts can be viewed on the Student Information System (SIS).
